Programs and Classes
Our studio specializes semi-private personal training memberships, focusing solely on personalized training sessions. Unlike an open gym, our approach ensures a more intimate and attentive environment. Each member benefits from tailored training programs and dedicated attention from our certified trainers. In addition to semi-private personal training, we also offer group training memberships but we are not an open gym.
Semi-Private Personal Training 2 or 3 sessions per week. Together, we’ll establish a training schedule that fits your life and ours. Your sessions are reserved at the same days and times each week to build consistency and momentum. Our personalized training sessions are crafted to cater to your unique fitness needs and goals. With a focus on promoting health, longevity, and enhanced quality of life, our experienced personal trainers provide tailored guidance and support every step of the way. Our trainers take into account your individual capabilities, limitations, and preferences, ensuring a safe and effective workout that is customized to your specific needs. You'll engage in exercises that promote cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility. To make sure that you can get results and achieve your goals, we will work with you to create a consistent training schedule. Before you begin, you will have a one-on-one consultation with your trainer to discuss goals, current fitness level, and limitations from there they will work with you to create the right program. Semi-Private = 3-4 people per session.
Group Classes Life Fit Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:30am, 5:00pm A class that has it all! This total body workout includes a 5-minute warm up, 10 minutes of stretching and core work, 15 minutes of strength training using rubber bands, 24 minutes of cardio and agility training, and finishes with a 5-minute cool down. All you need to bring is a yoga mat. Step Class Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00am Step training is a low impact choreography based cardio workout that uses an adjustable step platform. It improves fitness by building strength, coordination, and cardiovascular health. Movements can be adjusted for most ages and fitness levels. Balance, Mobility, & Fall Prevention
Level 1: Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am This class incorporates various exercises that are designed to improve functionality, confidence in movement, and stimulate muscular control. We utilize light weights and balancing movements through all planes of motion that help strengthen the primary muscles which will activate when we stumble or trip. Level 1 is typically for those who use a cane or walker and Level 2 is typically for those who do not rely on an assistive walking device.
Life Package Life Strong Monday and Wednesday at 6:00pm This class is a total body workout using circuit training in our weight room. Designed to enhance overall fitness, this class employs a range of specialized machines that prioritize safety, functionality, and low-impact movements. Throughout the class, you'll engage in a series of exercises specifically designed to improve total body muscular strength while enhancing joint flexibility. Our trainers will guide you through proper form and technique, ensuring a safe and effective workout for all participants. Includes Group Classes (Life Fit, Step, Balance and Mobility)
Parkinson's Workout Program Semi-Private and Private. 2 or 3 sessions per week. Together, we’ll establish a training schedule that fits your life and ours. Your sessions are reserved at the same days and times each week to build consistency and momentum. This program is specifically designed to help people with neurological diseases, such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and Dementia, slow down the progression of their disease. This program included Parkinson's specific exercises in flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular conditioning as well as dual tasking activities that help cognition and executive function skills. The single best thing you can do after medication is exercise. The sooner you start, the better the results. Before you begin, you will have a one-on-one consultation with your trainer to discuss goals, current fitness level, and limitations from there they will work with you to create the right program.
Consultations: (for Semi-Private Training and Parkinson's memberships) Every personal training client at Still Got It Fitness begins with a one-on-one consultation with their assigned trainer. During this session, your trainer will discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any injuries or limitations we need to be aware of. You’ll also go through a few simple movements and become familiar with our equipment so we can understand exactly where you’re starting from. Using this information, your trainer will design a personalized program tailored to your needs so that you’re ready to get started on your first day of training. There is a $50 consultation fee, which must be paid before scheduling your consultation.
